Bounce Fitness is a great place to work out. Tons of equipment and very clean. My training sessions with Nick have literally been game-changing. Instead of generic exercises, he focuses on dynamic footwork, lateral agility, and rotational core strength, the important elements needed to help me on the pickleball court. I love working out at Bounce Fitness! The facility is always clean and well maintained. The main trainer, Nick, is extremely knowledgeable about different workouts and how to accommodate when needed (I have a torn ligaments in my foot so some movements tend to hurt). Highly recommend!!
