If you’re the kind of person who just wants a solid gym you can count on, our Basic Gym Membership gives you straightforward access and a place to train consistently.
This option is great if you:
- Already know what you want to do in the gym
- Prefer to train independently
- Want an affordable monthly plan
- Need a home base for strength training and cardio
If you want the freedom of training on your own but you also want structure, this membership gives you the best of both worlds. You’ll get gym access plus virtual training programs through our training app.
This option is ideal if you:
- Want a plan without committing to 1-on-1 training
- Like the accountability of following a program
- Want workouts you can do anywhere
- Prefer guided progression

This is our hybrid coaching option designed for people who want real structure. You train with your coach at least once per week in a 45–60 minute session, and you also receive online workouts and support.

Specialty Classes & Performance Training Options

Mobility & Stretch Classes
